Again on 31.07.2025 no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to today. Today again no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present revision petition.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
