HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The limited prayer of the petitioners is that directions be issued to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to give 10 days' advance notice to the petitioners, in case, any cognizable offence is made out against them in regard to the complaint (P.2) filed by the father-in-law of petitioner No.1. Petitioner No.1 got married to Babita in the year 2004. There are two sons from the marriage. Petitioner No.1 does not enjoy good relationship with his wife and there is matrimonial dispute between them. He apprehends his false implication at the hands of his wife and his fatherin-law. A complaint has been lodged by the father-in-law of petitioner No.1 to the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar with regard to a Will executed by Bakhshish Singh (father of petitioner No.1) in favour of petitioner No.1 and petitioner No.

2 (wife of Bakhshish Singh) alleging the Will to be forged one. Petitioner Nos.3 & 4 are the attesting witnesses to the said Will. Petitioner No.1 appeared before the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar and MANOJ KUMAR 2019.03.

CRM-M-5826 of 2019 #2# also produced before him FSL report indicating that the signatures of the deceased Bakhshish Singh on the Will tally with his admitted signatures. Learned counsel for the State states that the inquiry into the said complaint is yet pending.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case, the petitioners are required to be arrested in any case registered at the instance of father-in-law of petitioner No.1 or any other person in relation to the alleged Will, they be given 7 days' notice to enable them to avail the legal remedy available to them. This order will remain operative for a period of next two years and will be available only in the circumstances mentioned hereinabove.
