The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 18.04.2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2218-2016.

In compliance of the order dated 18.04.2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2218-2016, affidavit dated 13.05.2025 of S. Narayanan, Director General, Higher Education Department, Haryana, Panchkula, along with Annexures A-1 to A-3, has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 in the Registry. The same is taken on record. 3.

A perusal of the same shows that the petitioner has been granted the benefits as per order dated 18.04.2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2218-2016.
