JUDO FEDERATION OF INDIA AND OTHERS ... Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD S. BHARDWAJ. ****

Present:

None for respondents No.1 and 3.

Ms. Akshita Chauhan, DAG, Punjab for respondent No.2.

Ms. Ishani Goyal, Advocate for Mr. Surjit Singh Swaich, Advocate for respondents No.4 and 5.

**** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the Electoral College issued vide letter dated 10.02.2022 by the respondent-Judo Federation of India to the extent whereby they have wrongfully shown private respondents No.4 and 5 to be the authorized representatives of the petitioner-Association. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the elections pursuant to the abovementioned letter dated 10.02.2022 could not be held and that an Administrator has already been appointed. He further contends that the grievance espoused by the petitioner would thus not survive any longer till the process of holding the elections afresh is initiated. He thus does not press the instant petition with liberty to approach this Court as and when the process of holding the elections afresh is initiated or the cause of action still survives.
