**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 89 dated 27.5.2019 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Guhla, District Kaithal. Mr. R.S.Athwal, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the complainant and filed his power of attorney and the same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been in custody since 21.7.2019 and he is the author of FIR No. 91 dated 28.5.2019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 506 IPC at Police Station Guhla. He further submits that challan has been presented and charges have been framed.

Learned State counsel submits that there are specific allegations against the petitioner that he started abusing and thereafter gave a sword blow in the abdomen of Teja Singh.

CRM-M No. 5864 of 2020 -2the said injury, the intestines of Teja Singh were bulged out. The petitioner along with other co-accused had attacked the complainant and Teja Singh with deadly weapons. The petitioner gave a sword blow in the abdomen of Teja Singh and the said injury was declared to be dangerous to life.

No case for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is made out. The petition is dismissed.
