Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to open General Provident Fund (GPF) account of the petitioner.

Learned State counsel has filed a status report, dated 25.09.2023, by way of affidavit of respondent No.4, which is taken on record.

The affidavit mentions that the office of the Accountant General (A&E) Haryana at Chandigarh has allotted the G.P. Fund Account number to the above named petitioner vide office memo no.F1/2023-24/ALLOTMENT/257 dated 10.06.2023. The allotted G.P.F. account number is HR PWD 53906.

It is, therefore, apparent that the relief claimed in the PAYAL 2023.09.27 10:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

2023:PHHC:126206 CWP No.3387 of 2022 [2] petition stands granted to the petitioner, and nothing survives for adjudication.
