Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that he was not aware that the earlier regular bail petition filed by the petitioner bearing CRM-M-35245-2023 already stands dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 17.08.2023.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.

In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed.
