Grievance primarily raised in this writ petition is that SA No. of challenging proceedings under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'SARFAES Act') was pending adjudication and listed for hearing on 11.07.2024 after issuance of notice, whereas question of interim was not being considered. It was further stated that IA-2171-2023 was filed on 05.12.2023, but was not being taken up for hearing. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that matter has been taken up by learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chandigarh subsequent to order dated 15.02.2024 passed in this writ petition, therefore, this writ petition is rendered infructuous.

Copies of orders dated 19.02.2024, 07.03.2024, 12.03.2024 and 20.03.2024 furnished in Court today are taken on record subject to just exceptions.
