Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of order dated 05.05.2018, passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehabad, whereby petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was not named in the FIR and he is ready to surrender before the learned trial Court.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions that in case petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court within one week from today and moves an application for grant of bail, the learned trial Judge shall consider and decided the same within a period of one week thereafter.
