Mr. Ajay Sharma, DAG Haryana Along with Mr. Rajbir, Principal, GSSS, Pai, Kathial (Mob. No.9034979320) * * * * Mr. Rajbir, Principal, Government Senior Secondary School, Pai, District Kaithal has put in appearance and states that the respondent-workman has since died on 11.04.2011. It is further stated by him that the workman had been taken back in service with continuity of service and had also been paid the back wages in the sum of Rs.1,63,821/-. The Principal further states that in view of the fact that the workman has died, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such.

We order accordingly.
