(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Gurpreet Singh @ Lada in case FIR No.22 dated 01.04.2017 registered under Sections 302, 307, 452, 427, 506, 148, 149, Sections 25, 27 and 30 of the Arms Act at Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to order dated 14.02.2019, petitioner is regularly appearing before the trial Court to face trial and has been released on interim bail by the trial Court on 16.02.2019 on furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds. Learned State counsel has not been able to dispute the above submissions.
