Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents urges that this matter has to be transferred to the Armed Forces Tribunal. None has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner to oppose the prayer. Even otherwise the prayer is legal. Consequently, the matter is sent to the said Tribunal.
