In compliance of the order dated 10.08.2023, the appellant has deposited the cost of Rs.10,000/-.

Learned counsel for the appellant(s) has filed an additional status report on behalf of the appellant(s) with regard to the necessary steps taken by them to ascertain the present address of the respondent, however, no positive outcome to the said exercise has come forth. 3.

It is further submitted in the additional status report that a lookout circular has been issued for the respondent by the competent authorities on 03.10.2023 but no response has come from the Canadian authorities which is still awaited.

Learned counsel for the appellant(s) also submits that the respondent must be more than 70 years of now and is not even aware whether he would be alive or not.
