RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) This revision petition has been filed impugning the order dated 01.12.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurgaon, vide which the petitioner has been charge-sheeted for offence under Sections 420 and 180 IPC.

However, it appears that erroneously the revision petition has been filed before this Court, which is not maintainable. However, after arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file the revision before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Allowed as prayed for.
