The first anticipatory bail application of the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in the present case was dismissed by detailed order on 11.12.2019 by this Court and in the light of the same no fresh ground arises for consideration of the present second anticipatory bail of the same very petitioner. Finding no merit, the present petition is dismissed.
