The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial in FIR No.101 dated 25.06.2019 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 302, 34, 120-B of IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar Rural.

The present petition is disposed of with the directions to the Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of 03 months from the next date of hearing fixed before it.
