**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Counsel for the State on instructions submits that not only charges have been framed and even two witnesses stand examined, rendering the present petition for quashing of FIR infructuous.

Since, this petition is filed for quashing of FIR No. 132 dated 05.05.2020 under Sections 186, 188, 283, 332, 353, 395 IPC registered at Police Station Uklana, District Hisar, after that charges have been framed, which is a judicial order. Consequently, the present petition is not maintainable.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of. Liberty reserved to challenge the framing of charges in accordance with law and the time for which the present petition was filed and is pending before this court shall be excluded from the counting period of limitation. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
