Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.568 dated 22.10.2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the IPC, and, Sections 3, 8(1) of the Haryana Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2021, registered at P.S. City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned and to make an application for bail before the latter, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to, within 15 days from today, DEVINDER YADAV 2024.03.15 09:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
