**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through video-conferencing.

Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.33 dated 29.01.2021 registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC at Police Station City Hisar, District Hisar.

On 17.03.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission before the Court that in order to show bonafide of the petitioner, petitioner is ready to deposit an JYOTI YADAV 2021.09.08 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No. 8464 of 2021 -2amount of Rs.5 lacs with the trial Court, subject to final outcome of the trial.

Subject to deposit of the aforesaid amount, interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record photocopy of orders dated 31.03.2021 and 05.04.2021 in the context of deposit of an amount of Rs.5 lacs vide DD No.300993 with the trial Court.

This fact is not denied by learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for the complainant.

In view of above, order dated 17.03.2021 is made absolute.

The trial Court shall create a fixed deposit in a Nationalized Bank for a particular period so as to fetch maximum interest on the amount so deposited. The successful party would get it after conclusion of the trial. The trial Court would be at liberty to get the FDR renewed periodically till conclusion of the trial.

Disposed of.
