HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (Oral) The present petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondent Corporation to decide the charge-sheet, dated 29.09.2020 (Annexure P-7), in accordance with law.

No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has instructions that proceedings in respect of the charge-sheet, dated 29.09.2020 (Annexure P-7), will be complete within a period of next two weeks.

Keeping in view the said undertaking given by learned counsel for the respondent, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
