The contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of order dated 03.10.2016 passed by this Court in bunch of writ petitions, main being CWP No.3922 of 2011. Reply by way of affidavit of Dr. Balkar Singh, Director Secondary Education Department, Haryana filed in the Court, is taken on record. Copy of reply is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the decision of this Court in Narender Pal Singh Arya and Another Versus State of Haryana and others (CWP No. 3922 of 2011) has PANKAJ BAWEJA 2019.10.18 15:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Ciourt, Chandigarh

COCP No.510 of 2019 -2been stayed by the Supreme Court in SLP filed by the State and the LPA filed in the present case has been adjourned sine die to await the decision of the SLP.

In view of the above, no further interference is called for in the present contempt petition.
