 is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the office order dated 17.10.2018 (Annexure P-13) whereby the respondents had cancelled the earlier passed orders dated 07.03.2018 and 16.04.2018 (Annexure P-12 colly.) and the claim of the petitioner for pay protection was rejected.

One of the grounds raised in the present petition for challenging the order dated 17.10.2018 (Annexure P-13) is that no opportunity of hearing was granted to the petitioner before the abovesaid order was passed.

Learned counsel for respondents No.4 and 5 fairly submits that a fresh order will be passed in regard to entitlement of pay DIWAKER GULATI 2025.10.29 16:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document -1-
