(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.25 dated 09.02.2023 registered under Sections 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 at P.S. Sadar Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that in compliance of order dated 09.02.2024, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 09.02.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, the petitioner shall keep on appearing before the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) CrPC.

Disposed of accordingly.
