**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioners through instant petition are seeking directions to the Lower Appellate Court to decide appeal as well as execution application of the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia submits that vide order dated 23.11.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Magistrate under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. maintenance of Rs.6,000/-each to the petitioners was awarded. The petitioners preferred an appeal assailing the order dated 23.11.2019 as well as execution application before Family Court at Rupnagar. The Execution application is coming for consideration before Family Court on 17.02.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents inspite of the specific orders of Competent Court is not making payment awarded maintenance. He is a Constable working with Homeguard, Chandigarh.
Without commenting upon merits of the case, the Family Court at Rupnagar is requested to expedite disposal of execution application ANJU GOEL 2023.02.13 17:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
