(ORAL) While issuing notice of motion on 9th of February, 2024 this Court passed the following order directing the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on or before 16th of February, 2024: "Prayer is for quashing of order dated 29.01.2024 (Annexure P-5) whereby bail of the petitioner was cancelled, his bail bonds/surety bonds stands forfeited to State and non-bailable warrants of arrest have been issued in case NDPS/1304/2023 in FIR No.293 dated 07.10.2020 registered under Sections 18/22 of NDPS Act at P.S. Kathunangal, District Amritsar Rural. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. DAG, Punjab appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on or before 16.02.2024.

Adjourned to 29.04.2024.

Counsel for the petitioner has produced order dated 16th of February, 2024 passed by Judge, Special Court, Amritsar to demonstrate that the petitioner now appeared before the Trial Court in compliance of the order passed by this Court.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed. Consequently, the present petition is disposed off with the direction to the petitioner that he shall continue to appear before the Trial Court regularly without any default.
