**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking conversion of his services form Daily wage worker into work-charged based on a policy decision dated 22.3.1999 and 18.6.1999 taken by the Board in which it had been specifically provided that daily wage workers who had completed 500 days are to be appointed on work-charge basis.
