In deference to the order dated 13.01.2023, the Punjab Public Service commission has compiled the result of the petitioner as well as the other candidates and produced the result in the sealed cover. On the direction of the Court, the court Master has opened the same. On perusal thereof, it is evident that the petitioner have not secured more marks than respondent No.4-Sh.Preet Kanwal Singh. The Court Master is requested to seal the envelope and return it to the learned counsel representing the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC).

The learned counsel representing the petitioner, upon realizing that the selected candidate at the post of Deputy Director, Department of Public Relations, has not been impleaded as a party, prays for permission to DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2023.01.23 10:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Civil Writ Petition No. 3809 of 2020 (O&M) withdraw the present writ petition in order to file a comprehensive petition on the same cause of action.
