Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioners have preferred this petition seeking quashing of FIR registered against the petitioners.
Learned State counsel at the outset submits that trial has made some progress. Three witnesses have already been examined. In view of the fact that trial of the case is pending, no case for quashing of the FIR is made out at this stage. Petitioners shall be at liberty to raise of their pleas before the trial court at an appropriate stage. Personal appearance of the petitioners shall remain exempted except on the dates it is absolutely necessary. Trial court to ensure that trial is concluded expeditiously preferably within six months. Disposed of.
