(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a complaint case No.1258/18 dated 12.10.2016, titled as "Gaurav Kumar vs. Raj Kumar" under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner absented in the month of July, 2018 and thereafter, further on 2/3 dates on account of some circumstances beyond his control. Vide order dated 30.11.2018, he was declared proclaimed offender. Considering over all facts, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court within 7 days and his bail application, shall be decided by the trial court within next 7 days, failing which, this order shall stand automatically cancelled.
