This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for setting quashing of order dated 8.1.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nabha in FIR No.216 dated 4.11.2024 under Sections 103, 351(2) and 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Sadar Nabha, whereby respondent no.2 was granted bail/discharged. 2.
