***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL , J . (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner informed that application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. which was pending earlier already stands dismissed.

Having regard to the fact that the case is at its fag end inasmuch as the statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has already been recorded, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to take all necessary steps for concluding the trial at the earliest. In case, there is an inordinate delay in conclusion of trial, it shall be open to the petitioner to approach this Court again.
