(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuing direction to the official respondents to take action on the representation dated 01.2.2024 (Annexure P-5) submitted before respondent No.2 by the petitioner against private respondents No.4 to 6, who are accused in an FIR No.9 dated 21.1.2018 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 323, 354, 354-A, 354D and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sujanpur, District Pathankot.
Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage limits his prayer and submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot, to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 01.2.2024 (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
