Mr. Pawan Kumar, Reader, Divisional Commissioner, Hisar, submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the Restoration Application No.17081/Partition filed by the petitioner for restoration of aforesaid Appeal No.15112/Partition already stands decided vide order dated 11.02.2026 passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Hisar. A copy thereof has been handed over by learned State counsel in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Another copy thereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner, in Court today itself. 3.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy(ies) against the aforesaid order dated 11.02.2026 passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Hisar, in accordance with law.
