(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking direction to the respondents to release the enhanced compensation for his land comprised in Khewat No.318, Khatoni No.423, Rect. No.116, Killa No.21(4-12) having 39/840th share as against the acquired land. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 refers to the sanction order dated 08.05.2026 and submits that a sum of Rs.24,45,323/- shall be released to the petitioner within 10 days from today.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present revision petition.

However, in case the payment is not released to the petitioner within the aforesaid period, the Chief Controller of Finance, HSVP, Head Office at Panchkula shall be liable to pay the cost of Rs.1,00,000/- to the petitioner/land-owner and the petitioner shall also be entitled for seeking revival of the present petition.
