RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner-Naveen @ Babu, in case FIR No. 818 dated 21.08.2017 registered under Sections 302 and 323 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Gurugram.
The petitioner is facing trial in the aforesaid FIR, for committing the murder of Rudarpartap.
Learned counsel inter alia contends that all the material witnesses have turned hostile. Petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2017. Conclusion of trial may take sufficient long time. No useful purpose would be served by detaining him in jail.
