(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to install the water pipe line under the National Highway 148-B for providing irrigation facility to the agricultural land of the petitioner which is situated on the other side of NH 148-B.

Precisely for the relief in question, the petitioner has also filed a representation dated 13.07.2020 before the Deputy Commissioner, District Mahendergarh, Narnaul on the subject of fixing 8 inches pipe line below National Highway-148B.
