(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 438 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail in case FIR No.0622 dated 01.11.2022 under section 379 IPC (later on Section 379 IPC deleted and Section 380 IPC added), P.S. Jagadhri City, District Yamuna Nagar. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall surrender before the trial Court within a period of two weeks and shall move an application for grant of regular bail which may be decided expeditiously.
In view of the submissions made hereinabove and keeping in view the fact that Shishpal, on whose disclosure the petitioner was named has already been granted the concession of regular bail, the trial Court is requested to decide the bail application moved at the instance of petitioner within a period of three days thereafter.
Disposed of accordingly.
