In view of the above, petitions stand disposed of. The petitioners are allowed time upto 30.04.2020 to vacate the premises in their occupation, subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioners shall furnish an undertaking, within a period of 15 days from today, before the Trial Court that they would hand over vacant possession of the premises in dispute and clear all water & electricity bills, if any, on or before 30.04.2020. (ii) In case the petitioners fail to furnish the undertaking, the respondents would be at liberty to recover possession, in accordance with law.
