Vide order dated 16.02.2024 notice of motion was issued and dasti notices were also issued granting liberty to the petitioner to serve the respondents through the counsel representing them before the Court concerned. Dasti notices were received back with the report that the counsel representing the respondents stated that he was not in contact with the client. Ordinary notices issued for service of the respondents were received back unserved with the report that they were not found residing at the given address. Counsel for the petitioner was directed to furnish fresh correct address of the respondents and on the needful being done, the notices were to be issued to them, returnable 16.07.2024. Thereafter, on two occasions the matter was adjourned by order. On 11.02.

2025, once again, counsel for the petitioner was directed to furnish the correct/complete address of the respondents however the same have not been furnished till date. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, despite the case being called twice. JITENDER KUMAR 2025.10.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present civil revision for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
