(ORAL) The petitioners, through the instant petition, are seeking direction to respondent No. 2 to complete the enquiry with respect to representation dated 16.11.2021 (Annexure P-4) which petitioners have filed qua FIR No. 171 dated 27.08.2021 under Sections 323, 354, 341 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Tibba, Ludhiana. The case of petitioners is that police has wrongly registered FIR against the petitioners. The petitioners have filed representation seeking initiation of proceedings under Section 177 IPC. against the complainant.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh, submits that police has completed investigation of FIR No. 171 dated 27.08.2021. The police has found substance in the PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.02.15 17:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-8300 of 2022 -2allegations of the complainant and accordingly the challan stands prepared. The challan was put up before senior officials who have approved the same and now it is pending before DA (Legal) for approval.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to official respondents to decide fate of FIR No. 171 dated 27.08.2021, within one month from today.
