Mr. Chetan Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana. **** Sandeep Moudgil, J.(Oral) Instant criminal writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 11.12.2023 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.1, in terms of which, case of petitioner for premature release has been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy at an appropriate stage.

Prayer is accepted.

The instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
