HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for taking action on the representation dated 16.08.2024 (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioners. Further prayer has been made to direct official respondents No.1 to 4 to comply with the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Lalita Kumari vs State of U.P.", Crl. M.P. No.5029 of 2024, in letter and spirit.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke alternative appropriate remedy on the same cause of action in accordance with law for redressal of grievances raised in the present petition.
