RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to consider and promote him to the post of PGT Sanskrit with all consequential benefits, keeping in view the fact that this issued has already been decided by this Court on 23.04.2019 in CWP No. 10054-2016, titled as Mahesh Kumar vs. State of Haryana and others. Further the respondent-department had even promoted some employees vide order dated 30.08.2019 (P-9 colly), keeping in view the above mentioned judgment.

In this regard, petitioner had given legal notice dated 25.11.2019 (P-7) but no action has been taken till date. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 25.11.2019 (P-7) and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four months.
