(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.160 dated 24.04.2022 under Sections 15(b), 18(b). 27(a), 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station, Hansi Sadar, District Hansi, Haryana, Sections 61 and 85 of NDPS Act were added later on Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Satyapal Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 21.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 21.02.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
