Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for seeking protection to the lives and liberty of the petitioners and their family members at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 7 and also for issuing directions to the official respondents to arrest the said private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioners have made a representation dated 28.01.2019 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar, but the same remained unattended till now.
