This is a Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and to consider and regularize the services of the petitioner, who is working since 28.07.1998 with respondent No.4 and presently deputed on the post of Computer Operator in St. John Ambulance Association, District Branch, Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that in this regard a legal notice dated 24.12.2020 (Annexure P-10) has been sent to the authorities. However, no action/decision has been taken thereupon so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further contend that, at this stage, he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide his legal notice dated 24.12.2020 (Annexure P-10) in a time-bound manner. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to take a decision on the legal notice dated 24.12.2020 (Annexure P-10) in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Disposed off.
