Ramendra Jain, J (Oral) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.268 dated 22.11.2018 registered under Sections 78 and 61/1 of Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station, Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 11.03.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
