***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel upon instructions from ASI Rajesh Chouhan has informed that 6 out of cited 9 PWs have been examined and the remaining 3 have been given up and the matter is now fixed before the Trial Court for further proceedings on 1.9.2022.

In view of the aforestated position, this Court does not deem appropriate to grant regular bail to the petitioner at the fag end of trial. The petition, as such, is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh in case there is inordinate delay in conclusion of trial. The Trial Court is also directed to make efforts for expeditious disposal of the trial provided the defense counsel fully cooperates for the same.
