The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.72 dated 31.12.2022 registered under Sections 324, 506 and 34 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Dhilwan, District Kapurthala. Vide order dated 13.02.2023, petitioner was granted the concession of anticipatory bail in the following terms:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner while drawing the attention of this Court to the allegations levelled in the FIR which has been annexed as Annexure P-1, submits that the petitioner was allegedly armed with a datar and he inflicted a simple injury on the left hand of the complainant. She further submits that the petitioner is ready to join investigation and cooperate with the investigating agency."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated SONIA BURA 2023.04.18 18:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-7449-2023 -22023:PHHC:053789 13.02.2023, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well. Learned State counsel on instructions states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 13.02.2023, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
