Dated Police Station Sections 06.12.2018 Sadar Fatehabad, 21(b), 27A (Act No.61) of NDPS Act District Fatehabad Seeking quashing of the order dated 08.12.2023 vide which bail of the petitioner was cancelled and bail bonds and surety bonds were ordered to be forfeited to the State in the FIR captioned above, petitioner had come up before this Court by filing the present petition. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance to the order dated 13.02.2024, petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and deposited a sum of Rs.25,000/- with the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association Chandigarh. To corroborate the above said statement, counsel has further handed over the order dated 15.07.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehabad, which is taken on record. 3.

Given above, petition is allowed and order dated 08.12.2023 (Annexure P-27) is quashed and order dated 13.02.2024 is made absolute. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
